Annual Auction

AnnualBidBlendAuctionLogoIt is going to be a Red & White affair this year at the Bid & Blend Auction.

Every year MPI Washington State Chapter holds an Auction to raise money for both the Chapter's Educational fund.  This year's Auction will be held on December 7th at Novelty Hill Januik Winery.  
Registrations Rates
$50 for Members
$75 for Members plus 1 guest
$60 for Non Members
$30 for Students
$200 for Groups (must have 5 people and 1 must be a member)
The registration fee will increase by $5 for Members, Non Members and Students and by $25 for Groups ($5 per registrant) on December 1st.
Register Now  -  Online Registration closes on December 5th.  
Members Bringing Guest(s)
Members you can bring a friend to the Auction for $25 (must be a non-members). You do not need to have your guest register, you will just add your guest name when in the registration process.
Group Rate of $200 for 5 people (1 person in the group must be a member)
Plan on coming to the Auction in a group of 5? If so, your rate will be discounted to $40 per person. There must be at least 1 MPI Washington State Chapter member in the group to get this rate. Each person in the group will need to register and pay separately. And when each person registers they will need to provide the other 4 names of the people in the group. 5:30 pm - Registration, Silent auction opens
7:15 pm - Silent auction #1 closes
7:30 pm - Silent auction #2 closes
7:35 pm - Short presentation & Live auction
8:30 pm - Auction check out
9:00 pm - Event concludes
There will be heavy hors d' oeuvres and 2 drink tickets per person.
Stay at the Willows Lodge
Don't want to drive home after the Auction, the Willows Lodge is offering a 30% discount on guest rooms the night of the Auction. Book your hotel room here to get the special rate. The Willows Lodge is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Novelty Hill.

The Chapter's Annual Auction serves as a fundraiser that benefits the MPIWSC Educational Fund. To submit a donation for the auction, please complete the online Auction donation form. Please submit your donation form by November 17th.

Educational Programs

7 times a year we bring top notch speakers and over 100 meeting professionals together for networking and education. Generally formatted as a 2 hour lunch on the last Tuesday of the month (subject to change), this is a great way to maximze your membership while furthering your career goals. MPI Cascadia Educational Conference (CEC)

This annual 2 1/2 day conference is a partnership between MPI Washington State Chapter and MPI Oregon Chapter and brings International level education at a regional price! With over 250 participants every year, this program features over 60 hours of education, an innovative Hosted Buyer/Tradeshow program and an incredible Gala that showcases the best the Northwest has to offer. Held the first Sunday to Tuesday in March, the savings of membership pays for itself with this conference alone. For the latest details and how to register, go to CEC's website.

The Hive – Collectively building a stronger Meeting and Event Industry

Produced by volunteers from the MPI Washington State Chapter, the northwest chapters of ESP, WSAE, ILEA, and NACE, this new full day conference is designed to gather the region’s Meeting and Event professionals for an interactive day of education. Tracks from each organization will bring us all together to collaboratively further your event career, inspire your personal growth and open your mind to the infinite possibilities to innovate in our industry. Event registration opens August 15th, 2017.
